Additional Services
To make your stay as enjoyable and easy as possible we can provide various services either complimentary or at an additional cost.
Welcome pack
If you would like an initial supply of essential items ready for your arrival to your apartment please let us know. This can range from basic tea, coffee and milk, to champagne, flowers and a seafood platter! Just email your requirements and we will let you know the cost and confirm arrangements.
Airport pick up and drop off
We can arrange this for an additional charge. For those arriving in Vilanova by bus or train we will arrange to meet you and take you to your apartment.
Beach towels
 These are provided free of charge (1 per person per stay). Clean changes of beach towels are available on request for an additional charge of 1.50 euros per towel.
Binoculars
1 set of binoculars per apartment are provided to use free of charge for those of you who like to go bird watching and walking. The apartments also have bird identification books and maps of local walks.
Toiletries
Each apartment has a hairdryer, tweezers, nail scissors and nail file. We also provide a complimentary initial supply of toilet tissue and shower gel. For those occasional emergencies we also supply a small amount of tampons and sanitary towels. In addition, if you have forgotten your toiletries, we hold a stock of toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant, tooth floss, sun cream and after sun cream although these can all be purchased locally during shop opening hours.
Mobile phones
We have mobile phones for hire. A cash deposit will be required. SIM cards can be purchased locally. It is advisable to reserve these in advance.
Picnics / fishing / bird watching
A beautiful lake is situated 15 minutes outside of Vilanova. Perfect for a picnic, fishing, walking and bird watching. We can provide transport, table and chairs, full picnic outfit and a delicious picnic tailored to your personal taste. In addition, we have fishing rods and equipment for hire.
Golf
A short drive to the edge of town is a picturesque 18-hole par 3 course with some challenging holes (water hazards, trees and bunkers) up to 120 metres in length. The restaurant and bar offers tasty local dishes and refreshments overlooking the 18th hole. Club/trolley hire is available at the clubhouse. Approximate cost 13 euros (weekdays) and 17 euros (weekends) per round. Dress code applies. Sitges Golf Course is five minutes drive away. This is a full 18-hole course and costs up to approximately 110 euros per round. Depending on our schedules, we would be happy to accompany you on a round in Vilanova if you wish, or just provide you with transport and assistance to book your round.
Foot Massage
For the ultimate relaxation we can offer a 20 minute foot massage. Ask for details.
Catered BBQ
If you would like to have a barbeque but do not want the hassle of shopping, cooking, serving and clearing up, ask us for a quotation and we´ll do all the hard work for you.
Wine Region
Vilanova is surrounded by the famous Penedès vineyards as well as being the home of cava (traditional-method sparkling wine). There are many possibilities for wine tasting nearby.
Advice on day trips/transport
The area offers a huge number of places to visit ranging from museums to the magnificent Monestir de Montserrat. We can offer ideas, advice, transport, or help you to make arrangements to visit these places independently.
Support in emergencies
We advise you to arrange appropriate insurance for your stay in Spain. Hopefully you will have a trouble free holiday but in the event of you requiring assistance we will do our best to advise / help you.
Town tour and initial supermarket trip
 Vilanova has a lot to offer and some very interesting places to see. If you would like us to take you on a walking and or driving town tour soon after your arrival we would be pleased to do so. We will of course provide a town map in the apartments.
For those of you without transport we would be pleased to take you on an initial trip to a large supermarket soon after arrival (or the next day when mutually convenient), to stock up on essential items. Smaller local supermarkets also stock a wide range of goods.
Information pack
Each apartment has an information pack with places to visit, maps, timetables and restaurant advertisements. The tourist information offices in the town square and at the beach also have very good information in several languages.
CDs, DVDs and books
The apartments have a selection of CDs, DVDs and books for your entertainment. Please do not remove these from the apartments on departure but feel free to leave any books for the enjoyment of others.
Personal service
We pride ourselves on offering a personal service. Our apartments are very well maintained but occasionally we may not be aware of a problem. We will respond as quickly as possible to anything you report to us and keep you informed of progress to resolving any issues.
